Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Returns include packaging, shipping, and insurance costs. We combine shipping for multiple-item orders. You get for each package a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are coming from our distributor warehouse in Israel and the US.

Our three shipping methods:

      • EMS (Express Mail Services) takes 4-7 business days (Under Normal world shipping situation) to arrive at your door everywhere in the world applies toBulletproof vests, KPOS G2 systems, every package that exceeds 2 Kilograms. (We send Every other package with Registered Air Mail/Eco Post).
      • Eco Post Air Mail takes 7-14 business days to arrive at your door. (Available in following countries – Australia, Austria, Italy, Ireland, United States, Belgium, Brazil, United Kindom, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Japan, South Korea, Thailand.
      • Registered Air Mail takes up to 20 business days to arrive at your door. (Available for countries that are not eligible for Eco Post).

      • Shipping worldwide for all items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Falcon Professional Security and Training LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered with confirmation to the address entered for an order.  Therefore, upon inquiry, Falcon Professional Security and Training LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  Therefore, we accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or defective.  If the customer received an incorrect product or a malfunctioning product, Falcon would take on the expenses of returning the order and exchanging it. Finally, the cost to return an item that the customer has ordered by mistake is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product you ordered at support@falcon-security.us to alert us of damage, then return the damaged item to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

If you received the product damaged or not working in any way you can replace it or receive a full refund.

The return must be made in less than 30 days of receiving the product & must be in unused condition.

Order Cancellations 

    • We invest time and money in every order placed as soon as your payment is processed.  For this reason and since there is work involved internally with canceling an order, all orders canceled for any reason will be charged a 2.9% cancelation fee.
    • Therefore, by placing an order with us online, you agree to pay a 2.9% cancelation fee should you decide to cancel your order for any reason.
    • There is a charge fee even if you cancel immediately (within seconds) after you are placing an order.  Please be sure of your order, and it’s accuracy before you place it with us.  For instance, we do not like to charge a cancellation fee and apologize for having to do so, but it is necessary when cancelations occur.
    • Therefore, unless you are 100% sure you want the order, please do NOT place it.  Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
